Right of return \u2013 Vent system HDI GmbH<\/h2>\n

1. Right Of Withdrawal \/ Return Period<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Customers have the right, within 14 Tagen<\/strong> after receipt of the goods a return to prompt. After expiry of this period, a refund or exchange in General is not possible.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2. Conditions for returns<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A return is only possible if:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

  • the article unused<\/strong>, undamaged<\/strong> and in Original packaging<\/strong> sent back will be,<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • all the accessories are included, mounting materials, documentation and packaging components are complete.<\/li>\n

    <\/ul>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Please send the goods not<\/strong> without prior contact to the manufacturer or other Bodies back.<\/p>\n

    3. From exchange excluded products<\/h2>\n

    Some product types are excluded from return and refund, such as:<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n
    • individual custom-made or specially configured products,<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • built-in or used electrical components,<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • downloadable Software,<\/li>\n

      <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

    • Gift vouchers.<\/li>\n

      <\/ul>\n

      <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      4. Partial refunds<\/h2>\n

      <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Partial refunds may be granted if:<\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n
      • Article obvious signs of use<\/strong> have,<\/li>\n

        <\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

      • Products not in its original condition<\/strong> or parts are missing, which are not due to a failure of the Vent system HDI GmbH,<\/li>\n

        <\/p>\n

      • an article later than 30 days after delivery<\/strong> is returned.<\/li>\n

        <\/ul>\n

        <\/p>\n

        5. Refund process<\/h2>\n

        <\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        After receipt and inspection of the return, the customer receives an E-Mail about the Status of the refund. In the case of approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used within a few days.<\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        6. Late or missing refunds<\/h2>\n

        <\/p>\n

        <\/p>\n

        Should be delayed for a refund:<\/p>\n

        1. Bank account check again.<\/li>\n

        2. Credit card provider to contact the update may take some time.<\/li>\n

          8. Gift items<\/h2>\n

          A product was marked as a gift, and directly shipped to the customer, a credit note for the value of goods after a successful return.<\/p>\n
