The control unit then closes open windows, roof windows or rooflights so that no water gets in.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is the sensor surface heated?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The heating dries the surface quickly after rain. The sensor therefore does not report rain for hours, and dew or frost do not trigger false alarms.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which rain sensor fits?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"\/en\/product\/vs-rs\/\">VS-RS rain sensor<\/a> works with the control unit <a href=\"\/en\/product\/vs-ls7\/\">VS-C24-7A<\/a>.
