The air space between them insulates against heat and noise. Box-type windows are typical of old buildings.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What needs to be considered when motorising?<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Usually only the inner sash is motorised.<\/li><li>The actuator needs space between the inner and outer sash or on the inner frame \u2013 measure beforehand.<\/li><li>The outer sash stays closed during ventilation or is opened by hand.<\/li><li>The wood must be firm and dry, and the fittings must run smoothly.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which actuator fits?<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where depth is limited, a flat <a href=\"\/en\/product\/vs-ka\/\">VS-KA chain actuator<\/a> from \u20ac65 net.
