Whether a control has a sensor input is stated in the data sheet. Wind and rain sensors ensure that it still closes in bad weather.

Frequently asked questions

Where does CO₂-controlled ventilation make sense?

In rooms with many people: classrooms, meeting rooms, offices, nurseries.

Do I need a building management system for this?

Not necessarily. There are ventilation controls with sensor inputs. For larger buildings, integration into the building management system is an option – with the i-series actuators, for example, via Modbus.

Glossary: Ventilation control

Glossary: Rain sensor

Guide: Integrating window actuators into building management

Not sure which actuator fits?
