Right of return – Vent system HDI GmbH

1. Right Of Withdrawal / Return Period

Customers have the right, within 14 Tagen after receipt of the goods a return to prompt. After expiry of this period, a refund or exchange in General is not possible.

2. Conditions for returns

A return is only possible if:

• the article unused, undamaged and in Original packaging sent back will be,
• all the accessories are included, mounting materials, documentation and packaging components are complete.

Please send the goods not without prior contact to the manufacturer or other Bodies back.

3. From exchange excluded products

Some product types are excluded from return and refund, such as:

• individual custom-made or specially configured products,
• built-in or used electrical components,
• downloadable Software,
• Gift vouchers.

4. Partial refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

• Article obvious signs of use have,
• Products not in its original condition or parts are missing, which are not due to a failure of the Vent system HDI GmbH,
• an article later than 30 days after delivery is returned.

5. Refund process

After receipt and inspection of the return, the customer receives an E-Mail about the Status of the refund. In the case of approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used within a few days.

6. Late or missing refunds

Should be delayed for a refund:

1. Bank account check again.
2. Credit card provider to contact the update may take some time.
3. The Bank will then contact you.

If the refund is still not visible, you can contact our Support.

7. Exchange

An exchange is only for defective or damaged items offered. Please E‑Mail contact and the same product request.

8. Gift items

A product was marked as a gift, and directly shipped to the customer, a credit note for the value of goods after a successful return.

9. The return of the goods

The costs for the return shipment with the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After refund, the Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

High-priced items, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service.
