Shipping methods and shipping costs
Vent Systems HDI GmbH ships from its warehouse in Hamburg. Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate per order – regardless of the number and weight of the items ordered.

Returns

We deliver to Germany as well as to the following EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
Delivery to Switzerland
For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. There you will receive a German delivery address free of charge, which you can then specify as your delivery address when placing your order with us. MeinEinkauf.ch handles customs clearance and delivery – your goods will arrive quickly and with customs already cleared at your address in Switzerland.
For deliveries to a German address, we charge our standard shipping fee for Germany. MeinEinkauf.ch will bill you directly for customs clearance and delivery fees in Switzerland.
