A double chain actuator has two chains that come out of one housing and run together. The sash is pushed at two points instead of one.
When do you choose a double chain actuator?
For wide or heavy sashes and rooflights where a single actuator in the middle does not give enough stability.
- Even force transmission
- Often replaces two separate actuators
